Our financial calculations engine is capable of performing all standard mortgage lending calculations including amortization schedules, annual percentage rate (APR) calculations, mortgage insurance payments, mortgage disclosures, adjustable rate mortgage calculations and compliance calculations.

The APR calculation engine may be embedded directly into custom mortgage lending applications as well as used in a unique stand alone user interface mode.
