3 Dimensional Integration
Conductor™ is Blueberry Systems’ ground-breaking Patent Pending technology that combines unrelated systems and applications into one common user experience. Patent application 61/379,845 (Method and System for Integrating Applications Within a Workflow) was filed on Sept 30, 2010. It is this technology that enables our enterprise LOS, RELAY™, to make major gains in data integrity and workflow efficiencies.

Simply put, RELAY envelops an application and makes it intrinsic to another unrelated application or platform. Using common business processes and a single user interface (UI), corporate level business rules and workflows are applied across the entire production process. For example, an LO can input an application directly into RELAY using the Calyx Point™ interface. Unlike a traditional middleware or LOS that only integrates data transfers between applications, RELAY presents the first industry option to integrate functionality and workflow as well.
In the end, RELAY creates economies of scale in the production process by allowing the most effective and efficient technologies to collaborate within a single workflow, increasing production potential while lowering technology and overhead costs, lowering the cost per loan.
Rapid Implementation Program
Many large, enterprise-scale systems are often built on spec for new clients; they are unnecessarily over-customized. These systems need significant development time and are unwieldy to implement – leading to excessive costs and overruns.
Whereas, at Blueberry Systems, our functionality is data driven, not hard-coded. In other words, RELAY is a highly configurable system that can simply be modified for every unique lender rather than re-invented each time. Of course by doing it this way, our clients also benefit from the increased speed of propagating best practices throughout the system!

We originally introduced this program with our largest client to create a full-scale test environment that gives us a major advantage in the R & D of our mortgage technology solutions. Since then, the returns have been tremendous!
Our programmers, analysts and quality assurance staff are literally on-site, working with IT staff, production managers and end-users. This kind of proximity maximizes communication and collaboration. It provides a much more robust beta environment and a higher degree of QA.
