William "Bill" Armstrong II

William Armstrong II is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Blueberry Systems, LLC.
Bill entered into the mortgage industry as Chairman and shareholder of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company in late 1990 after representing the State of Colorado in the United States Senate and the Fifth Congressional District of Colorado in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Bill has headed the company that owned and operated three ABC affiliate television stations in Idaho and Wyoming. For over 25 years, he was the President of the Denver radio stations KEZW and KOSI. Eventually, he sold these entities to Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Bill has also served as President of the Colorado Springs Sun newspaper and has served as a Director of three Denver area banks.

In addition to his roles as a principal shareholder and Chairman of several private companies, he as served as a Director of a number of public companies and non-profit organizations. Bill is currently the Chairman of the Denver based Oppenheimer Funds, and as a Director of Helmerich and Payne, a leading oil and gas drilling contractor. Bill now serves as the President of Colorado Christian University.

William L. Armstrong III "Wil" is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blueberry Systems, LLC.
In his role, Wil is responsible for strategic planning, business development and senior management leadership. Wil remains active as a non-executive Vice Chairman of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company, a top 50 retail residential mortgage lender. Inc. Magazine ranked the company as one of the 500 Fastest Growing Private Company in America in both 1993 and 1994. Wil served in the executive management of this company from January of 1992 until early 2004. In May of 2007 Wil was elected to the Board of Directors to Colorado Community Bank, a $400MM (assets) commercial bank. He was previously a Director of Heritage Bank.

In 2006 Wil was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year by the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association for his innovation and respected business ventures. He was also recognized by the Denver Business Journal in 2005 as one of the 40 Under 40 outstanding local professionals for his business success and community contributions

For nine years, Wil served as a director for the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, a state trade association with over 350 members. His one year term as the CMLA's Chairman ended in August 2005 with receipt of the C.A. Bacon Award for his leadership and service to the organization. Previously, Wil served a two year term on Fannie Mae's Southwestern Regional Housing and Community Development Advisory Council.

Lloyd G. Booth is one of the founders and  President and Chief Operations Officer of Blueberry Systems, LLC.
In this role, Lloyd is responsible for product design and engineering, sales, marketing and corporate operations.

Lloyd began his career in mortgage lending in 1984 when he joined Diversified Mortgage Services, Inc. DMS eventually evolved to become one of the premier loan closing document preparation companies in the nation. The company evolved into ShadowNet Mortgage Technologies and was eventually acquired by First American Financial. Lloyd served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer as well as an owner of the firm. After the acquisition, Lloyd continued his role as Executive Vice President and CIO of the First American Nationwide Documents division of First American later being named to President of the Division.

Lloyd has been involved in several other entrepreneurial endeavors including a local custom residential builder and a technology company focused on sophisticated business intelligence and knowledge discovery tools for the mortgage lending industry.

Megan Walker is the Vice President of Product Management for Blueberry Systems, LLC.
In this role, Megan helps drive the future direction of the Relay™ system based upon customer requirements and market-driven influences. She manages a team of project managers and business analysts who lead customers through the implementation process, ensuring that they maximize their benefit from the Relay system.

Megan has more than 14 years of managing the delivery of information technology systems. For 10 years she served as a consultant to large manufacturing and distribution companies, where she implemented strategic enterprise-wide systems and industry best practices. Through her consulting efforts, Megan helped her clients forecast and plan more effectively, minimize on-hand inventories, and reduce accounting problems and errors.
